As a Senior / HR Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Arrange and conduct interviews, and assist with onboarding new employees, including signing contracts and explaining terms and conditions
• Support the preparation and filing of employee contracts, re-contracts, and related documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system
• Manage applications and renewals of all work passes.
• Administer employee medical benefits, including submitting insurance claims and filing for Government-Paid Leave
• Address general staff inquiries.
• Coordinate medical checkups for onboarding and contract renewals.
• Ensure timely reporting of Work Injury Insurance claims.
• Recommend and support process changes and improvements in HR operations.
• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Provide reports and data
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma in any discipline or experience in relevant field.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant HR experience and possess good knowledge of Employment Act, Work Passes, etc.
