Responsibilities:

Building Operations

• Conduct regular building inspections, preventive maintenance of building facilities including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection system, AV system and to recommend appropriate rectification action to any fault or damages if needed.

Job Description:

1) Work with Consultants and Project Team on the procurements of works for construction projects

2) Prepare budget estimate, pre-tender estimate and post-tender cost analysis.

3) Write specifications, prepare and compile tender documents for calling tenders.

4) Conduct tender briefing / site show-round

5) Call and close tenders / quotations

6) Evaluate tenders and quotations and present tender evaluation report during Project management meeting

7) Compile Contract Agreement for Project Management’s execution

Requirements:

1) Degree in Construction/Contracts Management or Quantity Surveying from local or recognised institutions.

2) Minimum 3 years experience in quantity surveying or contract administration.
