RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding their goals.

Campaign Development:

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative advertising campaigns.
• Infuse campaigns with strategic thinking to align with client objectives and market dynamics.
• Leverage digital platform knowledge for social media content ideation, crafting, scheduling, and posting.
• Demonstrate a great understanding of video production to enhance internal and client campaigns.
• Craft persuasive pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

Project Oversight:

• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Leverage strategic insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Utilize digital tools for scheduling and posting social media content.
• Employ video production expertise to enhance the quality of campaign content.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights

Market Research:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Utilize strategic thinking and digital platform knowledge to translate market insights into actionable campaign strategies and recommendations.

Communication:

• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and clients.
• Address client concerns promptly and proactively.

Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
• Apply strategic thinking, including digital platform expertise and video production understanding, in new business pitches and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive in an advertising agency.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital platforms for social media content ideation, crafting, scheduling, and posting.
• Great understanding of video production for enhancing internal and client campaigns.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
