Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the filing and recording of finance-related documents, ensuring accuracy and proper organization.
• Support the team in maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Managed and updated financial spreadsheets, utilizing Excel to record and track data.
• Create and format financial reports, memos, and other documents using Microsoft Word.
• Ensure timely and efficient document retrieval and storage as per company requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations and accurate document management.

Requirements:

• Min A-Level holder (No Experience Required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Eager to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy
