What You'll do

• Be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining your business pipeline Drive pipeline creation through multiple activities such as, targeted workshops, events, seminars, etc.

• Forecasting and reporting the business, building the pipeline for the future
• You will participate in the creation of a technical account plan and actively generate leads through customer meetings, seminars, and education.
• Conduct high-level conversations with C and VP level Executives to address business needs
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and guide them on the journey from complex on-prem collaboration to simplified cloud collaboration
• Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, lead complex sales situations and sales campaigns
• Establish a strong relationship with Cisco Account Managers and extended Team. Build and execute a joint business plan for your assigned area
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners, both IT and LoBs decision makers

Admin cum Account Assistant (AR & AP)

$2,500 – $3,500 per month

Working at Woodlands Avenue 12

Working Hour: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Saturday Alternate (Half Day)

Responsibilities:

• Provides back-up to the Account Manager on all clerical functions, as needed.
• Assist on the month-end closing procedures to meet monthly deadlines.
• Assist on other accounting projects as needed.
• Process high volume in payment transaction (AR & AP).
• Able to work independently.
• Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare daily, monthly sales & purchases report.
• Handle worker’s claims, petty cash,
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a O'Level or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or LCCI certified, or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships. Understand client very well by
   • Knowing client’s business operations
   • Client’s environment, location
   • Client’s pest issues and concerns
   • Client’s contacts, decision makers
2. To be able to maintain a high level of product & service knowledge all the time so as to be able to upsell/ extend customer’s businesses
3. Plan, track & document key action points for each client and report to management

• eg. No of calls, visits, suggestion for new/ additional products/ services, corporate gifts, invitation to events
• Maintain proper records of contacts and other documents on sales software and service software
• Monitor and preemptively conduct contract renewals
• Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance and plans

1. Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered
2. Follow and drive forecasted sales targets

• Create quotes, contracts & convert sales
• Conduct site survey for new clients and build relationships with new clients
• Assist in pushing new campaigns and products / services that will lead to an increase in sales or enhance existing relationships
• Assist in collecting data for analysis

1. Aid in service operation: If due to unforeseen circumstances that operations fail to meet client’s demands, account reps must personally handle the situation which may include
   • Organise internal meetings with different stakeholders, eg. Accounts, entomologists, technicians etc. to resolve client issues
   • carry out basic pest control work
   • conduct inspections
   • write basic reports
   • personally look for suitable technician / entomologists for help
   • assign jobs
   • assist in payment collection
   • prepare client documentation
   • Work closely with the Service Team to ensure the rollout of specific marketing plans
2. Any other duties as and when assigned

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties.

- Assist in accounting tasks (no need experience for full-set accounting).

- Proficient in Excel and willing to learn other accounting software.

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in admin and accounting roles.

- Strong communication skills in English

- Singaporean/PR preferred.
