Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for full set accounts, reconciliation reports.
2.Ensure prompt year end and month-end closings.
3.Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reporting.
4.Prepare and update tax and audit schedules.
5.Able to generate monthly P & L report for management review.
6.Good knowledge for MYOB accounting software.
7.Able to handle GST.
8.Overall cashflow management.
9.Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries.
Requirements:
1.Tertiary education in Accounting.
2.Prior experience in construction industry is strongly preffered.
3.Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline.
4.A good team player and able to multi-tasking.
5.Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates).
