• Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure proper functioning and identify areas for repair or improvement.
• Monitor and manage preventive maintenance schedules to avoid system breakdowns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure that all building operations are in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
