Job Description:
Your primary responsibility will be to sell cutting-edge ICT professional solutions, including wireless communication systems, satellite connectivity, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services, to establish strong client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients within the financial services industry to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Present and demonstrate advanced ICT professional solutions, including wireless communication systems, satellite connectivity, and managed services, to prospective clients.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective strategies for account growth and market expansion.
- Prepare well-crafted proposals and deliver professional presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while aligning with company objectives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process and closing deals.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of corporate sales experience, specializing in network infrastructure solutions and engaging with C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ICT professional solutions and their applications within the financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- A self-motivated, results-driven professional with the discipline to excel in a hybrid work model, effectively balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
- Variable bonus, including commissions, is paid out annually, offering a comprehensive package equivalent to 18–19 months' compensation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum, Diploma.
