Job Description
This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification of defects/resolve of customers' complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

1. Unit inspection, readiness/preparation:
Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.

2. Defects Rectification
Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.

3. Unit handover to owners
Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.

4. Handling Customer Complaints/ feedback
Assist in the resolution of owners' complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners' complaints resolved satisfactorily.

Job Summary: As the main contractor’s Safety Officer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant construction site. Your duties include developing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, facilitating training programs, and fostering a culture of safety among all personnel. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, safety training

sessions, incident reports, and risk assessments. Prepare monthly safety performance reports.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for safety-related concerns, facilitating clear communication between management and workers to promote a culture of safety.

Responsibilities:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification recognized by MOM, with additional certifications in risk management, fire safety, first aid, being advantageous.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of WSH regulations in Singapore.

• Excellent knowledge of construction site safety practices and legal requirements.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Clinical and Operational Administrative Support:
