Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

Assist in the preparation and checking of Student Contracts.

• Execute student contracts in accordance with the procedures and in line with policy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Student Contracts policies and procedures.

Others

• Ensure file circulation to relevant departments is conducted timely.
• Maintain student’s medical insurance coverage records.
• Provide student services support on Student Contract and Student’s Pass enquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong, effective and enduring partner relationships Curtin Singapore stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Admissions Officer.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential:

• A diploma (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal effectively with stakeholders by phone, e-mail and in person.
• High-level computer skills including an understanding of and experience in using various student management systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a high-quality client-focused service.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
• High levels of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a productive member of a team.

Desirable:

• Experience in admissions and administration, preferably in higher education.
• Experience in working with international students.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
