Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to provide administrative support to our accounting team. The role involves performing a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, answering phone calls, replying to emails, and assisting with basic bookkeeping.

Main Responsibilities

• Invoice Billing: Prepare and issue invoices on time, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Accounts Receivable & Cash Management: Manage daily accounts receivable tasks, including payment processing and cash flow management.
• Aging of Receivables: Monitor overdue accounts and initiate follow-up actions for collections.
• Transaction Recording: Ensure accurate and timely recording of AR transactions, receipts, and journal entries in the accounting system.
• Customer Statements: Distribute monthly account statements to customers.
• Bank Reconciliation: Assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process to ensure accurate financial records.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
• Work Flexibility: Ability to commit to working late when required to meet deadlines or during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum "O" Level certification (or equivalent) in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, with knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Account Reeceivable, Acoount Payable, cash management, and transaction recording.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with accounting software is a plus.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring and managing the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants for Superstore, achieving margin and targets through establishing strong key account relationships with a focus on supporting the partners in developing and attaining their business goals with the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong and positive relationship with the assigned portfolio of brands and merchants for Superstore.
• Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives and provide support in achieving these goals through platform.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and targets for the assigned brands and merchants.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with partners to ensure their needs are met, and any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Manage pricing competitiveness of the portfolio to attract and retain customers while achieving desired margins.
• Curate and optimize the product assortment to align with customer demands and market trends.
• Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment to meet customer demands and avoid stock outs.
• Negotiate promotion deals with partners to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales role, Account manager or in a similar key account management role.
• Minimum 2 years of working & sales experience.
• Goals driven and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
