Position Overview:

The Technical Officer – Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities and building systems. The role requires technical expertise in the management of building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire systems, and other mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities:

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

· Produce regular reports on the condition of building systems, equipment performance, and completed maintenance work.

· Assist in preparing budget estimates and cost forecasts for maintenance and operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

· Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related technical field.

· Experience with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems is required.

General Overview

This position reports to Supervisor (Marine Operations) and assisting him/her in ensuring safe, reliable and efficient ship-shore operations, inclusive of interfaces activities for JTJ, STS & FSRU and FSU services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounting transactions
• Process & verify invoices & payments
• Handle Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
• Data entry including keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system
• Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
• Assist in GST report submission
• Assist in Quotation, PO, DO generation
• Consolidating Work Orders and liaise with PM's until closure
• Assist in preparing unaudited financial statements

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancy / Other Accounting certificate
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting role
• Attention to detail and self-driven, able to meet deadlines
• Must be proficient in Xero Accounting Software.
• Ability to work independently

Key Account Executive

Location: Woodlands

Salary : $3000 - $3500 + Sales Incentive + Transport allowances

Working days: Monday - Friday (7.30am -5pm / 8am-5.30pm / 8.30am-6pm)

Job Responsibilities

Account Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
• Liaise with Key Account’s buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
• Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimising cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.

Sales Operation Management

• Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

Seniority range: Senior Executive - Senior Manager level.

Responsibilities:

• Forge and nurture strong relationships with hyperscalers and colocation clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Deliver innovative energy and low carbon solutions to data center end-users.
• Manage all phases of the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and thorough review to strategic negotiation and final execution.
• Analyze market trends, client feedback, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of sales experience as a vendor to hyperscalers and colocation data centers.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, power, or utilities industry.
