The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. Salary varies base on experience from $2540 to $3500

Salary will be given according to rank

- 12 hours shift

- Able to commit 4 days work 1 day off

-3 days work 1 day off schedule

Position Overview:

The Technical Officer – Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities and building systems. The role requires technical expertise in the management of building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire systems, and other mechanical systems. The Technical Officer will work closely with the Facilities Manager, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Operations

· Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the building’s systems and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency.

· Perform regular inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety equipment.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building equipment and systems in a timely manner.

· Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and monitor work progress to minimize downtime.

· Ensure that all maintenance work meets applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

· Health & Safety Compliance

· Ensure that all building systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards, including fire safety, electrical safety, and environmental health requirements.

· Conduct risk assessments and assist in implementing corrective actions.

· Manage emergency systems such as backup generators, alarms, and fire suppression systems.

· Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.

2. Technical Support & Expertise

· Provide technical guidance and expertise to facilities staff and contractors for specialized repairs and system upgrades.

· Assist with the selection and specification of new equipment or replacement systems.

· Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

· Liaise with external contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure the timely and quality delivery of services and products.

· Supervise contractors performing maintenance, repairs, or upgrades to building systems.

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

· Produce regular reports on the condition of building systems, equipment performance, and completed maintenance work.

· Assist in preparing budget estimates and cost forecasts for maintenance and operational needs.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or your superior.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

· Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related technical field.

· Experience with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems is required.

· Prior experience in managing maintenance schedules and supervising contractors is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in the operation, repair, and maintenance of building systems.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to use facilities management software and other relevant technology tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Willing to work rotating shift (including weekends & Public Holidays).
• Working schedules: 6-days, 44-hrs work week.
• This position may require occasional work outside of normal business hours for emergency repairs or project deadlines.
• Occasional physical labor may be required for inspections and hands-on maintenance.

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team of finance professionals as a Accounting Officer. You will be an integral part of the finance function, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities will encompass covering the full spectrum of the accounts function, which includes:

Accounts Receivables:

Ø Responsible for obtaining timely payments from customer within agreed payment terms and reducing accounts receivable outstanding.

Ø Perform day to day accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivable data.

Ø Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Ø Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

Ø Issue credit note.

Ø Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers.

Ø Generate statements of accounts detailing accounts receivable status.

Ø Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Accounts Payable:

Ø Prepare and collate supporting documents for payment setup.

Ø Match payments in the accounting system.

Ø Maintain digital copies of the payment documents.

Ø Perform reconciliation of statement of account between company and the insurers.

Ø Investigate, sort, liaise and resolve reconciling items.

Ø Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

What We Look For:

Ø Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.

Ø Must have minimum 2 years of related working experience in a similar role.

Ø Candidates with prior working experience in FMCG firm will have an added advantage.

Ø Knowledgeable on the usage of Microsoft Office Software and Business Center 365 would be advantageous.

Ø Good verbal and written skills.

SPECIFIC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Operations Manager daily to check of the delivery schedule and case that has been assigned to
• Verifying that goods delivered are as per customer’s specified requirements on-board the vessel against a checklist (D/O)
• Verifying that goods delivered on various transportation modes (i.e. trucks and boats) to the final destination of the vessel are properly accounted through the W6 form
• Driving delivery vehicles when schedules and skills permit so
• Ensure that the handling of the goods does not compromise quality especially during transfer (from truck to supply boat or truck to vessel or supply boat to vessel) when present
• Supervising labourers and subcontractors during the loading and unloading of goods on board supply boat and vessels and ensuring the proper handling of goods are maintained at all times
• Attending and resolving any problems, requests and issues raised by vessel’s Master or Officers. In the event of an issue, the Boarding Officer will commence mobile communication with the operations, warehouse, sales and purchasing departments on an instant messaging platform (ie. Whatsapp)
• Verifying with the vessel’s Master or Officers that certificates for products (if any) has been received and contact purchasers if there is a discrepancy
• Creating a WhatsApp group chat consisting of the relevant stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Purchasers and Owner’s Goods) to ensure timely and accurate information flows both ways
• Within 24 hours (target) of delivery, the boarding must submit the following:
• Performing the role of a public relations representative for the company.

Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Warehouse & Operation, Operation Manager and Supervisor .

Performs administrative duties

• Supports the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork

• Prepare documents for approval

• Monitor leave application for approval

• Monitor over time submission for approval

• Assists with all subcontractors PO / sublets

• Conducts follow up according to subcontractors’ last activity

• Ensures office supplies are sufficient and to order

• Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering

• Knows the relevant KPIs for his or her target achievement

• Ensures the smooth cooperation between all interfaces

• Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving

Supports the warranty department

• Makes sure that all customer data are updated

• To submit warranty claims

• Take part in warranty disposal

• Ensures warranty documents are submitted on time and error free

• General administration of all warranty matters

Customer care with call centre and reception

• Liaise with call centre on customer requests

• Assist with CCR-S

• Assist with VOC scores and response rate
