• Target net new accounts with 1000+ employees, focussing on the Malaysian market with the potential of coverage in additional ASEAN regions
• Generate a strong pipeline to ensure extensive coverage. Resulting in consistent quota achievement
• Create excellent internal relationships; you cannot close those big deals on your own!
• Manage the complete and complex sales-cycles. Including pipeline generation and oftenpresenting to C-level executives the value of Talkdesk’s solution

Jobs Descriptions:

Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts, from purchase, sales, and cash journals to the general ledgers and management reports. Preparing GST reports, schedules, and any other reports required and/or the authorities before the due dates. Cover some other secretary roles, admin, and ad-hoc duties as at when requires.

Jobs Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of working experience
• Able to work independently

• Monitoring and analyzing key accounts shipping trends/volume and revenue sustainability

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Account Manager role. Relevant experience in ecommerce logistics and cross-border ecommerce is an added advantage
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous

• Assisting in handling the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
