Position Overview:

The Technical Officer – Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities and building systems. The role requires technical expertise in the management of building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire systems, and other mechanical systems. The Technical Officer will work closely with the Facilities Manager, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance & Operations

· Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the building’s systems and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Experience:

The Senior Account Development Executive role in Chubb offers you the opportunity to connect customers with products that meet their needs, by marketing Chubb’s insurance policies to the mass markets through outbound telemarketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
• Conduct quality telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
• Identify and/or create opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to quality sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database
• Coach new hires on selling techniques through demonstration and sharing of best practices

Note: Relevant training will be provided

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level/SPM equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience in selling insurance products
• Must possess Insurance Certificates in General Insurance (BCP, PGI and HI)
• Proficient in English
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal skills
• Display strong resilience in handling rejection and objections from customers
• Highly persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our horizons and reinforcing our presence locally in the FMCG industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales reports and product lists
• Analyzing profit margins and developing strategies to improve them
• Collaborating with brands and suppliers
• Addressing logistical challenges related to business expansion
• Building and managing a sales network
• Communicating effectively with team members

Account Payable

• Check and Key AP Invoices in Excel
• Key in AP Invoices in ERP once all is accurate for entry
• AP Non-Trade Invoices
• Non-Trade Payment Voucher Upload to Infotech

Account Receivable

• Manual Discount Claim Credit / Debit Note
• Receive Claim submission via email from each Sellers
• Check all submission, Consolidate for GM Approval
• Update Manual CN Master Excel file upon GM Approval
• Proceed for CN/DN creation in ERP (Manually / via RPABOT Automation)
• Print out one copy for each Salesperson or send PDF copy upon request

PURCHASE

• Receive Purchase Requisition Form
• To get approval from management
• Place order to vendor
• Relevant accounting certifications or Diploma
• Preferably candidates with 1-2 years of work experience

Training provided

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
• Strong command of written English and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, Independent, organized, resourceful, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, quick learner, and a good team player
• Meticulous and possess a keen sense of detail

Our client in the Commercial Equipment Industry is looking to hire an Area Sales Manager / Account Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving sales growth and meeting profitability targets within the assigned territory by identify new business opportunities and manages both new and existing distributors while leading marketing initiatives to build brand awareness within the assigned regions.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, preparing persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop and execute targeted sales plans to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Analyze customer needs and trends, recommending products and services to meet those needs.
• Train and support distributor staff in sales techniques, territory management, and customer service.
• Monitor market coverage, suggesting distributor additions, replacements, or deletions as necessary.
• Provide regular updates on market conditions, distributor development, and competitive activity to management.
• Track competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure comprehensive product knowledge and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Degree
• Mininum 6 years experience in B2B or driving sales through channels (distributors) within SEA
• Experience in developing key accounts in vertical markets (Hospitality, Hospital, Airlines, Logistics, Real Estate, F&B) etc
• Experience in Cleaning Solutions Industry an added advantage
• P&L experience an added advantage but not a must
• Strong teaching skills with experience in teaching sales and technical knowledge regarding industrial products.
• Hands-on experience and willing to perform on products.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
