RAISE TAX INVOICE AND CREDIT NOTES, MONITOR AND FOLLOW UP ON LONG OVERDUE DEBTS WITH RELEVANT PARTIES, ASIST TO ENTER RECEIPT INTO SYSTEM, INCHARGE OF COMPANY PETTY CASH, GEBIZ BILLING, ASIST IN MONTLY CLOSING OF AP/AR, MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE AND PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE AND HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Assist with month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly financial reports.
• Maintain schedules for intercompany transactions and balances.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders for compliance and reporting.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports in accordance with local regulations.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Diploma in Accountancy, or currently pursuing an ACCA qualification.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Diligent, result-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Positive attitude and strong drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.
