The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. Roles and Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Perform daily preparation of a full set of accounts (AR/GL), including generating and posting sales and supplier invoices in the accounting system, performing reconciliation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit statutory reports eg. GST, CPF, IR8A, etc, on a timely basis.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible for accounts receivable and PO functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
