Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• BA/BS required

• 8+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on FSI and Public Sector business in Philippines.

Job Summary:

Accounting Duties:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST submissions, payroll, and CPF contributions
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions when necessary.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents and records.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
• Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and handling onboarding.
• Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and improving administrative and financial policies.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
