• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and manage a pipeline of accounts, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Explain technical nuances of various products to match customers' needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Possess a Class 3 driving license (Having your own transport would be an advantage).

• Experience in soft furnishing (curtains, blinds & wallpaper) will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Working Location: Potong Pasir
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outsourced vendors to ensure timely reconciliation of vendors’ statements of accounts with our records.
• Maintain well-organized vendor files, including invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare GST filings and support the Head of Finance in month-end closing and reporting.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, including accruals and prepayments.
• Process daily accounting tasks, such as payments and supplier invoice data entry.
• Reconcile accounts promptly to maintain accuracy.
• Travel to our Batam Warehouse weekly or as needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
