The Animal Rescue Officer (ARO) is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient rescue operations for injured, lost, abandoned animals. • Certificate in BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervision) or other similar construction-safety certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) or similar site-based role (e.g. Site Engineer) for Housing Development Board (HDB) / Land Transport Authority (LTA) construction projects

Responsibilities:

• Assist the accounting team in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
• Prepare and process invoices and payments
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

• Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Responsibilities:

• Prepare safety document (RA, MS, SWP, FPP).
• Arrange SIC.
• Renew OSHAH.
• Submission of document to relevant authorities.
• Site survey, coordination, and meeting.
• Support Workplace safety matter at job site and perform relevant duties as and when assigned by the superior.
• Maintain proper records and documents required by the relevant authority.
• HDB, MOM matter.
• Lifting gear renewal.
• Dormitory matter and house keeping.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
