· Verify transactions are posted appropriately and ensure all payments are properly authorized

· Handle accounting functions such as posting of journals, intercompany reconciliations & billing as well as assist in the closing of monthly accounts

· Preparation of monthly balance sheet reports for main & subsidiaries accounts

· Perform bank reconciliation, Prepare audit schedules for both Singapore and Malaysia's

· Work closely with the management as wells government associaitons on government grants submissions

· Manage and analyse on financial report

· To assist on partial HR processing

Skills / Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy

· Minimum 1-3 years working experience in handling a full set of accounts

· Salary range between based on working experience

· Prefer mandarin language due to need to communicate with Taiwan regards billing matters

· Able to start work within a short notice

· Accpac user experience a plus

· Familiar with GST rules & regulations

· Responsible, self-motivated and diligent

· Willing to travel to office location at Yew Tee Singapore

- Proven experience with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic ads, is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.

- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of market trends. (Good to have)

- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within the digital marketing field.

- Must be proficient in spoken Chinese.
