· Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in the social, digital marketing team in agencies and brands preferably Global Brand

· Has a deep understanding of social platforms and experience in overall social marketing including community building, fan engaging campaign, influencer collaboration, social assets creation and paid social campaigns

· A team Lead capable of engaging and collaborating with internal teams

· Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in managing needs and requirements from multiple stakeholders

The role

The Senior Account Manager will be the key project contact with internal teams, clients and other agency partners/vendors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all projects. In addition to managing external client work, another key part includes overseeing key internal platform/application projects to drive operational excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will support our Vice President, Commercial for key internal platform and application projects, as well as our Associate Account Director in projects and pitches. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management (pitch-execution-reporting), budget and timeline development, external vendor liaison and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders.

To excel in this position, it is of utmost importance that you have a background in platform/application management or Media, alongside Account Management experience in the Marketing/Advertising field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of internal and external projects independently from end-to-end, managing both internal and external teams to deliver high quality deliverables.
• Support Associate Account Director / Vice President, Commercial in pitches and/or ongoing projects.
• Effectively manage project scope, quality, timeline, budgeting and finance processes from end-to-end.
• Well-versed in platform/application marketing, and a good understanding of managing Media-based accounts.
• Embody charisma and is able to build and maintain good relationships with various Clients, Stakeholders and Vendors (e.g. Production Houses, Freelancers etc.) alike.
• Demonstrate effective and clear communication with both Internal Teams and External Parties.
• Work closely within the Account Management Team, and with other Internal Teams - Media & Content, Platforms & Product, Creative, Production Team to deliver remarkable and innovative work.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions.

Experience and Attributes

• 4-5 years in the Marketing/Advertising industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage, plan and prioritise time, while being self-motivated to achieve outstanding results.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive sales, by actively building and managing a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities

Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized

Increase revenue share from the new business portfolio by adding new clients

Establish strong and positive branding presence and image to all clients

Aid in Sales and Marketing activities for Brand Building purposes

Process Orders for Clients

Analyze and evaluate key account sales trends and performance, market penetration, distribution width and depth and merchandising/promotional thrusts

Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock levels and displays, develop relationships at the store level, gather market insights on the ground

Requirements

2 years experience in sales

Preferably with a Diploma in Sales and Marketing discipline or equivalent

Proficient in English and Mandarin - excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Work cooperatively in a team, and also work efficiently individually

Ability to quickly understand issues and find good solutions, allowing rapid, accurate trouble shooting and problem solving
