As a Service Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted.

Role & Responsibilities

· Greet and meet people coming into The SKILT Centre and direct them to appropriate areas

· Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services in The SKILT centre

· Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages

· Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions

· Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time

· Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits.

· Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection

· Provide cross-coverage of other Service Relations Officer who may be on leave.

· Support operation functions as and when needed

· Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness of The SKILT Centre

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement

· Min. diploma in any discipline

· 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role

· Fresh school leavers are welcome , training provided

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset

· Customer service mindset

· Meticulous and organised with attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Enjoy working in fast-paced environment

· Proficient in MS Office

· Hard working and keen to learn

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Enhance and upload new product images, preferably with some proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Design banners and setup Official Flagship webstores for different brands in Marketplace
• Conduct regular pricing checks.
• Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to the warehouse.
• Respond to platform chat to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement online marketing materials for promotions on various e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Facebook, and the company website.
• Select suitable colours and layouts for each graphic, collaborating with the team to create the final designs for diverse marketing campaigns. Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand's style.
• Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance.
• Creating artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software (Preferably some knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Maintaining Brand Image and Video Library

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with any issues they face when they shop with us, including product enquiry, delivery or order related enquiry.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Process-oriented and good attention for detail
• Good time management skills and able to keep to the deadlines.
• Having prior experience in an e-commerce setting or Marketplace Platforms, will be advantageous.
