Primary Roles:

· Handles sales leads and site show rounds

· Source for new business leads

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit monthly GST and Payment to HQ Finance Controller and Tax Director for review

· Compile and submit Quarterly GST Returns to HQ Finance Controller, Tax Director and Country Manager for review and approval before submission to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore(IRAS)

· Work closely and Support HQ Finance Controller on yearly audit function with local Audit Agency. Ensure completion of Audit and filing prior to the due date

· Support HQ tax department on preparation and filing of Yearly Income Tax and ECI

· Responsible for all Account Payable and Receivable Preparation. Submit monthly aging report for local Partnerstores and Affiliate Networks

· Maintain Book keeping for MASG and GMTSS Bank account

· Prepare and provide Event expenses Report for all MASG Events

· Prepare and Submit Purchase Request Form and staff claims for review and approval

· Provide and support all administrative job assigned by Superior

· Monitor, Prepare and submit any grants, productivity and innovation credit (PIC) from IRAS which is applicable to SG Corporate Office

· Check and conduct monthly replenishment of Stationery and Panty supply

· Support assignment assigned for MASG Events

· Ad hoc assignment to be completed in timely manner

Requirements:

· Process at least A-Level or Diploma in Accounting or Professional Certification, ACCA and have relevant working experience in accounting line

· Familiar with Singapore Finance Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax and GST statutory requirements

· Experience in preparation and submission of GST, ECI and Audit

· At least 1 year of relevant of working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, especially Microsoft Excel

· Able to work under pressure, independent with minimal supervision, self-initiative and good communication skills

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Kariera Group in Singapore. The Account Manager will be responsible for hunting new business, managing existing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. This role will be focused on selling Brightsparks ( https://brightsparks.com.sg/) products and services to Govt, Large MNCs and Overseas Universities.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through diverse channels.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint new leads and foster business growth.

2. Client Acquisition and Sales:

• Present and advocate for our products/services to prospective clients.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.

3. Account Management and Relationship Building:

• Establish and sustain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Comprehend clients' needs and objectives to provide customized solutions, maximizing client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.

4. Cross-selling and Upselling:

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
• Educate clients on new features or offerings that align with their evolving business objectives.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and ongoing deals.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within a B2B environment.

Skills:

• Proficient in sales, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to establish and sustain effective client relationships.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience selling into government agencies and educational institutions is advantageous.
• Prior experience in media sales, both digital and print, is a plus.
• Proven success in prospecting and lead generation.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

What will you do:

Handle full/partial sets company account, maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.

Monthly account closing and management reporting

Actively involved in the new ERP system

Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow

Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Department

Assist HR in Updating & maintaining employee benefits, employment status & similar records

Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties assigned

What it requires:

At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and databases and other business intelligence software

Bilingual in English and Chinese as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer and colleagues

Job Summary

Take full responsibility for Sales and Business Development on Key Accounts within an assigned area to meet sales target.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key account customers.
• New business and new customer development.
• Managing, interpreting, and coordinating key account customer requirements accurately.
• Be responsible for sales result, including sales revenue, A/R, customer satisfaction etc.
• Draft the strategy for key account sales and service.
• Develop and strengthen the relationship with key account customers.
• Organize sales and service activities aimed at key account customers.
• Prepare integrated sales proposals and quotations globally for multinational customers.
• Build up good and long-term relationships with focused accounts.
• Prepare and conduct product presentations, product demonstrations and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Take full responsibility for incorporating customer suggestions for improving current products and services, as well as for considering ideas for new products and services.
• Participate in improving customer satisfaction and cultivate a competitive mindset by identifying and communicating to management the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
• Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
• Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, departments, and inter-branch offices.

• Work closely with regional managers to develop and record applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or a related field.
• 5-7 years of work experience as a Sales Engineer/Representative in the sales of electronics components or related industries.

• Proficiency in English.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferably with valid driving license.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years for full set account.
• 2-3 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in Food Manufacturing.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting,Autocount,Quickbook and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.
