Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved with the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers, reconciliation, monthly closings and account analysis, and supporting colleagues from various departments. Responsibilities:

· Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

· Responsible for month-end closing, preparation of monthly financial reports, and other reports as required by management

Job Descriptions:

1. Handle full sets of accounting treatment, including but not limited to:

• Sales and purchase recognition, AR and AP entries

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar majors
• At least 5 years accounting experience in petrochemical industry or audit experience in accounting firms
• Strong understanding of derivatives principles and practices is preferred

• Able to read/write/speak and is proficient in both English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with headquarters in China and other Chinese counterparts.

Accounting

• Prepare monthly actual cash flows reports and monthly cash flows forecasts update (including brief variance analysis)
