Job Description 工作内容:

(1) Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounting department.

(2) Prepare checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.

(3) Update ledgers, research, and resolve discrepancies.

(4) Comply with all company procedures and accounting standards.

(5) Maintain databases, ensuring records are complete and up-to-date.

(6) Record information, process, and file forms.

(7) Perform basic office tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling mail, filing, etc.

Requirement 工作要求:

1. Education Requirements: Diploma and above in Accounting

学历要求：拥有会计文凭的大专或以上的学历

2. Work Experience: Min 1 year and above in related field

工作经验：在相关领域拥有一年或以上的经验

3. Proficient in CN and English as well as in speaking, written, or listening.

语言要求：精通中英文（听说读写）

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint or Word) and Accounting software

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compilation of quarterly GST for Finance Manager’s review
• Assist and prepare financial results
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions up to Trial Balance

• Weekly banking in of cash

• To provide full set accounting services to a portfolio of clients
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing study and etc.
• Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations
• Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation)
• Conduct tax research and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with various competent authorities in respect of the tax related queries/issues & audits
• Advise and provide support as and when required on the tax compliance and implication
• Review and advise tax related contract clause including new project tendering, procurement contract and etc.
• Keep abreast on the latest development of new legislation and tax updates and advise for full compliance
• Other ad-hoc duties/tasks to be assigned as and when required.
