Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent is a plus point

Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, having good oral and written communication skills and be analytical, independent, and proactive

Experience with Xero and Quickbooks is a plus

As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• - Preparing and maintaining financial records and statements.

• - Managing budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.

• - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• - Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as needed.

Job Description :-

The Accounts Executive will manage financial transactions, prepare management reports & GST reports for the clients and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant , working experience .
• No Working Experience also welcome.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software :- MYOB, Autocount, Xero and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Capability to identify issues and propose solutions effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to take up mulit task.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities :-

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management /financial statements and reports.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forcasting
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports.
