Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly group cashflow for risk assessment.
• Monitor and address bank service fee issues.
• Manage banking relationships.
• Review banking facilities for new needs and competitive rates.
• Prepare Trade Finance & Hire Purchase submissions.
• Handle shipping documents and discrepancies.
• Manage bank account openings/closings, signatory updates, and token management.
• Coordinate board resolutions and minutes for finance matters.
• Manage FX hedging and borrowing rates.
• Ensure banking facilities are adequate for business growth.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Group Consolidation

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full Set Assistant Accountant to oversee the entire accounting process within our CNC spare parts manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including bookkeeping, cost accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and general ledger management.
