Key Responsibilities:

1.Group Consolidation

• Review the group's subsidiaries' accounts.
• Prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the group's financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) during the consolidation process.

2.Financial Reporting

• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reports to management and other stakeholders.

3.Analysis & Business Partnering

4.Audit

• Provide necessary documentation and address queries in relation to the group accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of group consolidation experience
• Experience with ERP and online accounting software eg. Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite or Zohobooks is preferred
• Prior experience in the Tech or Video Gaming Industry will be prioritised.

Job Descriptions

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements, along with accounting tasks and processes such as AP, AR, GL and account reconciliations.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and local tax and government authorities as needed.

Job Requirements

1) Intercompany/Costs Management Accounting

- Process month-end cost-associated journals to facilitate smooth month end close on a timely and accurate manner
