As a member of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the company’s risk management framework. The Manager, ERM will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of core ERM programs and frameworks. This includes managing a team of risk professionals, leading initiatives to enhance the ERM program, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to develop and refine risk management strategies and ensure alignment with the organization’s overall objectives. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, ERM and will have latitude to exercise independent judgment and initiative in building out the risk programs.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Manage and mentor a team of ERM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and professional development

Essential Job Functions

• Drive preparation of cash flow financial models to support debt capital raising
• Lead preparation of marketing materials for communication with banks and credit funds
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project execution
• Take ownership of debt transaction execution processes including addressing bank queries, managing a virtual data room, working with internal and external counsels on financing documentation
• Drive post-closing loan management together with Treasury operations (KYC, covenant management, Treasury interface, ongoing credit reviews/queries)
