Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, facilitates and conducts analysis of supply chain data including company and industry trends in key categories and supplier groups to support supply chain teams.
• Under general direction, develops, enhances, tests and implements analytical reports to support supply chain processes and required metrics.
• Utilizes various data sources to assemble, analyze and provide deep business insights from the data.
• Takes ownership of reporting using internal data and industry trends, and compiles research using third party data.

Requirements:

• Degree required, preferably in STEM, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics Basic knowledge to Microsoft VBA, PowerBI, PowerAutomate

IT System Analyst
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for an IT Systems Analyst. The IT Systems Analyst's responsibilities include the following

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in project management and co-ordinate with in-house developer, vendor, customer and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet project scope, budget and schedule with proper project plan
2. Translate requirement from business unit to applications
3. Analyze user's requirements, feasibility, cost, time and resources required, compatibility with current systems, potential problem area and recommending solutions for projects
4. Responsible for the maintenance of application changes request
5. Provide application support, including but not limited to conducting training to users, application server maintenance, data analysis
6. Responsible for creation of all system documentations, and to ensure that they are kept up to date.
7. Work closely with external vendors and internal uses in the development/support of the new system

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline or relatable working experience in IT field
2. At least 4+ years of working experience in participation of business application development, technical and business analysis
3. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
4. Application/Software design, development, integration, testing experience
5. Facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated success at building teams and relationships with key stake holder in a project

Job Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports for the Group, in line with OECD transfer pricing guidelines and local regulations.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather information required for transfer pricing compliance purposes.
• Support the preparation and filing of local direct and indirect tax returns for Singapore entities.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, conducting research on tax issues and advising the Group on potential tax impacts and opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams, external advisors and tax authorities to address tax-related inquires, issues and negotiations.
• Participate in tax incentives initiatives and support relevant incentive applications and compliance requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements in tax-related workflows and systems.
• Providing tax advice to business teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Possessing an accreditation from Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) would be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of OCED and local transfer pricing guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• 3 to 5 years working experience with transfer pricing or tax compliance related role derived from international public accounting firms or in-house tax function.

• Keen interest in Project Implementation and Management.
• Good Inter-personal communication skill.
• Proactive, highly self-motivated, result oriented and can work independently.
• Must be very Customer Oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
