We are looking for an onsite Technical Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee and manage and application maintenance and support project for Parkway client in Singapore.

• Lead / coordinate onsite and offshore teams performing application maintenance and support, to meet expected service levels and standards;
• Manage and support change requests, service requests to the application, reviewing their impact and compliance to existing systems;
• Ensure that any incidents or problems are addressed and resolved with minimal disruptions to the application service;
• Perform root cause analysis and prepare documentation for incidents;
