Overview:

As the PMO Analyst in MSO’s Project Management Office (PMO) you will help support transformation in our delivery and operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Collate and support review on annual work plans.

2. Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.

3. Maintain Project Status Registry for MSO projects and provide the necessary reporting to management including escalation.

4. Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. At least 3-5 years of relevant PMO experience

2. Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments (in the health care industry would be an advantage)

3. Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.

Customer Supply Chain Management:

• Manages material cost reviews. identify, implement and drive actions for Retained Purchase Price Variance (RPPV) optimization.
• Drive reconciliation process with customer (PPV, Premium charges, carrying costs, freight charges, excess and obsolete
• inventory, Non-cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR), etc.)
• Identify opportunities to increase turnkey business and develop materials management plan.
• Coordinate quarterly/monthly PPV hard call process.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 5 years' of experience in related field and capacity
• Prior experience working in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT/CIRT).

To support the fast-growing data analytics team within Consumer Division (CD), we are looking for a competent Data Analyst to join the team in providing digital user behaviour insights on our websites and apps, to drive new subscriptions and increase monthly active users.

This Data Analyst will be deriving insights and developing dashboards with internal and external data, including but not limited to marketing and engagement campaigns, conversion levers and checkout flows. This role is expected to be highly independent, support insights projects through the entire analytics lifecycle, and be the glue between business and data.

This role will be expected to go beyond being an “analyst”. This involves understanding how different systems work, read through systems documentation on data endpoints, work with Tech to plan user behaviour tracking requirements, handle UAT to test those tracking plans, write automated ETL scripts, understand marketers’ user requirements and build/maintain the dashboards required.
