The Project Analyst is responsible in ensuring the project is well planned, on-track, resolves issues across different functions immediately and mitigates any potential risks early to avoid project failure. Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management Planning

•Plan and acquire the manpower resources requried for the projects, and manage their allocation and utilisation to meet the project objectives.

Project Quality & Test Management

•Guide the project team to develop the Quality Assurance framework for the project, including a overall Test Plan

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Review UAT plan, test cases and coordinate with users and testing team on actual UAT execution and resolution of UAT defects. Ensure regression and sanity tests are performed for major deployments.
• BUILD: Manage clarifications of requirements and solution details with technical team to ensure that the build and testing phases are fully aligned with the requirements matrix.
• RELEASE: Assist the delivery manager in reviewing release notes and coordinating with IT Ops, business stakeholders and vendors/developers for the release to production and post live verifications.
• POST DELIVERY: Assist delivery manager in managing the resolution of production issues and working with the team on providing the root cause analysis and closing issues with business users

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in technical analysis, system design, and/or development
• Have led/facilitated business requirements and solutioning workshops with the business and technical teams and have prepared business, functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in designing solutions and creating high level designs of applications including interfaces, servers and workflows.
• Experience in client relationship management and/or project management in a technological context.

This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers
• Problem Management, including chairing any problem meetings, managing active problems, highlighting new problems.
• Release Management – liaising with the testers, vendor, tracking features and defects

• Play a key role in overseeing and guiding country finance teams within the region on all Finance-related initiatives driven from HQ level
