This person will play an important role as a Transaction Management team member alongside senior bankers supporting deal management activities for Asia-based clients. The position will be based in Singapore and may require periodic travel.

Notably, Lazard’s Analysts in the Private Fund Advisory Group generally have extensive contact with senior individuals at Lazard’s clients, both in the preparation of marketing materials and during the marketing of the fund. Analysts’ specific duties include:

• Preparing presentation materials and pitches for prospective clients;

Responsibilities

1. Investigates into Bankers’/Customer’s/Business Units’ Remittance requests, inquiries and feedback and revert to them with findings within the agreed Service Level Agreements.

The Project manager / Business Analyst within the IT team will work closely with

The Duties of Head of Accounting and Tax:

· To manage a team of 5 accountants with a large client base in industries such as manufacturing, research, retail, construction, property, oil & gas, charities, investment, metals, design, consulting, and start-ups.

· To ensure that we provide accurate information to our clients and the local authorities so that all their statutory obligations are met; these includes filing tax returns with IRAS and Financial Statements with ACRA

· Bookkeeping and oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end closing procedures, audits, and annual reporting for a portfolio of blue-chip clients.

· Conduct bank reconciliations and forecast cash flow to maintain financial stability.

· Manage payroll operations and assist in budgeting and cost analysis.

· Prepare and file corporation tax, employer tax, and GST returns.

Desired Experience

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, XERO, MYOB, SAP, Payday and any other accounting software is a plus.

Team Introduction:
