Reporting to the Deputy Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Finance team to deliver the full spectrum of professional finance, tax and compliance activities to Woh Hup (WH) Group of companies. Responsibilities

· To support in upgrading and implementation of New Enterprise Resource Planning System and support SME for Manufacturing Process to achieve defined First Pass Yield, Productivity and Target Throughput

· Learn the existing system functions/features and Gather feedbacks from stakeholders.

· Work out the discussions with both internal and external parties and map out the requirements details.

· Work with cross-functional teams to understand and ensure the systems integration works smoothly.

· Perform Verification & Testing before implementation and ensure the new system meets business requirements and goals.

· Identify and document the change requests accordingly to fulfil the business needs.

· Provide ongoing supports before the system go live.

· Document out the new procedures and train to the respective parties on update-to-date process flows.

· Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.

· Responsible and track to ensure that project requirements are delivered as per timeline.

We are seeking a full time junior accountant to support our company Office Manager in managing 2 sets of accounts, focusing on the product procurement and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager and company directors to prepare full sets of accounts, including monthly financial statements and cash flow statements.
• Assist in correcting invoices.
• Assist in auditing invoices to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
• Handle bookkeeping duties.
• Support administrative tasks such as scanning invoices, receipts and claims.
• Aid in monthly stocktaking and stock closing exercises.
• Assist the Account Manager in submitting GST returns, income tax returns, and other necessary documents to regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting. Tax and GST submissions experience and knowledge.
• Familiar with Xero and/or Quickbooks.
• Familiarity and comfort within the procurement and/or travel industry.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with directors and the Account Manager.

The senior compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM)’s Surveillance team is responsible for the oversight for surveillance services designed to detect behaviors that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. Additionally, this role is responsible for the design and implementation of new or enhanced surveillances. When potentially anomalous behavior is detected, the team is responsible for escalating the activity and working collaboratively with partners across the first and second lines of defense to determine the appropriate resolution of the matter The ICRM Global Surveillance platform encompasses a number of surveillance related portfolios including trade surveillance, e-communications, and voice surveillance, employee trading, outside activities surveillance, and information barrier surveillance.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Reviews and analyzes surveillance and trading activity data and assists with developing, maintaining, and performing surveillance reviews and reports as necessary.
• Identifies potential risks and escalates the issue to a designated supervisor/manager and the respective product coverage areas, as appropriate.
• Provides troubleshooting support on a wide variety of projects, including ad-hoc projects and regulatory exams directed by other organizations within the compliance and legal departments, to ensure they remaining compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Monitors adherence to ICRM’s risk policies and relevant procedures and remains abreast of any changes to regulations and or policies to prevent risk and protect the organization.
• Assists with editing and maintaining ICRM program related materials and interacts with other areas within Citi in a collaborative manner to provide best-in-class surveillance support.
