ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform monitoring activities using tools provided as well as reviews of transactions flagged out

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Support:

We are seeking a Partner Support Analyst to focus on implementing effective support solutions for media publishers, public figures, and creators to connect with their communities. This role will sit within the Partner Support Strategy team, which oversees the optimization of support processes, tooling, and enablement for strategic partners across social media platforms.

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the CCTR application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
