We are a prominent single-family office, seeking an Senior Investment Operations Analyst to join our team in Singapore to manage a diversified multi asset investment portfolio for the family.  We are looking for an experienced individual to support the team in the administration of funds, performance reporting and wider operational support. 

The Role

Our team is small, so you will need to be flexible, pragmatic and solutions oriented.  You will be responsible for investment administration, specifically investment performance reporting, investment execution and custodian management.  Main responsibilities include:

Investment Performance Reporting

·         Prepare standard monthly performance reports including collation of external investment manager reports and valuation statements.

About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. You will be based in our Singapore office working in our Asia-Pacific team, as well as collaborating with colleagues from our UK and US teams.

Medical Writers and Analysts work on projects involving the detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the assimilation and creative presentation of this analysis in different formats including posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer-reviewed publications. These deliverables are used directly by our clients in communication with external stakeholders instrumental to the successful uptake of novel therapies. The work is structured on a project-by-project basis and you will usually be working on several projects in different disease areas at any one time.

You will work in project teams alongside experienced colleagues in both the Singapore UK and US offices who provide one-to-one training in the technical aspects of the role, including project management and effective client communication. • Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development. Our work is multidisciplinary, often beginning with evidence generation in the form of literature reviews, advisory boards with clinicians and payers, or economic modelling, to inform the development of materials that present an evidence-based account of the product’s value in a compelling and accessible manner.
  Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects. These include developing product value messages and materials (e.g. brochures, slidesets, white papers, etc.), building health economic tools and models, and developing dossiers for submission to HTA agencies. A role in the Market Access division suits those who are passionate about patient access to healthcare, are fast-learners and have a strategic, problem-solving mindset. • Evidence Development: Evidence-based medicine is the cornerstone of medical decision-making. The work of our Evidence Development team encompasses literature reviews, synthesis and real-world evidence generation.
  
  Our literature review and synthesis projects involve the identification of clinical, economic and real-world evidence to support the value of a pharmaceutical product or medical device. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. You will also be involved in writing up the methods and results of the reviews and statistical analyses into engaging reports, slide sets and often congress/journal publications.
  
  Our real-world evidence projects include the design, execution and subsequent reporting of prospective, retrospective or cross-sectional real-world studies. · To organize, compile, update and renewal of company licenses

· To manage HR functions such as payrolls, update employee benefits, employment status such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations and days off

· Processing of Work Pass Applications / Cancellations / Transfers (Work Permit, S Pass and E Pass)

· Monthly CPF contribution and submission

· To upkeep workers training and certificate renewal

· Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise the use of SAP S4 HANA, Fiori functionalities for business processes with the objective of deriving meaningful and productive use of the system
• Work in co-ordination with other SAP module teams and other platforms for the effective integrated use of the system to facilitate business process automation
• Identifying and mapping end users business requirement with SAP S4 HANA & Fiori functionalities.
• Perform SD & MM Configuration for Business solution or new company setup.
• To develop functional specification based on Business requirement and be able to conduct complete testing before releasing to Business Team.
• Provide support & resolution for operational queries and reported issues
• To develop and provide User training programs
• Participate in new IT projects implementation
• Ensure operations are in compliance with Group IT policies, standards and practices established

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the SAP SD & MM module
• Good Knowledge of SD & MM Business process
• SAP Partner Academy certified preferred
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

NIE invites suitable candidates to join the Division of Academic Computing & Information Services (ACIS) as a Security Analyst for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This is a 3-year contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance

• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams and assist in audit planning.
• Help deliver security awareness programs for staff and manage security governance efforts.
• Stay updated on IT trends and recommend best practices to align with governance policies.
• Support cybersecurity projects to ensure alignment with security objectives.

Risk Management

• Assist in identifying and assessing IT risks and managing vulnerabilities and threats.
• Support risk management in cybersecurity projects by focusing on threats and vulnerabilities.
• Track and monitor audit remediation actions related to risk management.
• Measure the effectiveness of security awareness programs to minimize risks from human error.
  

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and external regulations.
• Facilitate responses to internal and external IT audits.
• Participate in audit engagements and report on audit issues and remediation.
• Provide ongoing compliance reporting to ensure timely remediation of audit findings.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification(s)

• A University Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Compliance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Desirable Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or other relevant certifications.

Relevant Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or Compliance, preferably in a higher education or similar environment.
• Experience with IT security audits and compliance reviews in regulated industries.
• Experience with vendor security assessments and managing third-party security risks.
• Experience in security awareness training and working in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge Required

• Security Frameworks: ISO 27001, CTM, NIST, CIS controls, and their application in operational environments.
• Regulatory Standards: Understanding of the Cybersecurity Bill, PDPA, and related security laws.
• Risk Management: Knowledge of risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and identifying threats to information systems.
• Audit Processes: Understanding security audit processes, compliance, and remediation.
• IT System: Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, application management, and cybersecurity practices.
• GRC Tools: Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms and software is advantageous.
