As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will assist in delivering data-driven business insights by conducting analysis studies and recommendations using relevant data and information. Day to Day Activities

• Assist in analysis studies and recommendations focusing on company's demand, supply, and pricing initiatives to optimize for business objectives
• Conduct pricing analysis, evaluate pricing strategies and analyse the impact of price changes on margins and profitability
• Utilize relevant data and information to present data-driven business insights and strategic recommendations for the company to act upon
• Build dashboards to track business performance and support business decisions
• Partner with relevant business analysts to solve business-critical issues arising from insights generated

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in pricing analysis or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or similar field

• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling

Glencore has a role within its Operational Risk team for an Operational Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery and development of the function for the Oil marketing division in Singapore. This position will report into the Global Head of Operational Risk who is based in London.

In detail, the position encompasses duties and responsibilities as follows:

• Responsible for managing the Operational Risk controls for Glencore Singapore, including but not limited to:
• Supporting the ongoing development and roll out of the Operational Risk function.
• Ongoing alignment with Glencore’s evolving business
• Ensuring that processes/controls relating to the operational administration of trading activity is appropriately documented and potential risks identified
• Monitor, analyze and report output from KRI’s and control reports
