SUMMARY ROLE/RESPONSBILITY

This role is responsible for leading key projects and programs in support of manufacturing logistics operation and automation journey. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partnering with Logistics team, cross functional stakeholder consisting of representatives from operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, IT, other internal/external organizations. Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) works with the Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) platform to structure private debt to service the needs of our clients through risk monitoring and backend execution in line with the overarching ‘Originate to Distribute’ strategy. The Credit Analyst reports functionally to the Credit Manager of Regional Real Asset Infrastructure APAC and locally to the Co-Head of Real Asset Infrastructure APAC, based in Singapore, with the following responsibilities:

Review loan documentation and related legal contracts.
Ongoing risk management of transactions within portfolio.
Analyze financial statements and other project reporting.
Report on the construction progress or operating performance of the assets financed.
