Our client is an established Singapore Technology Company with strong focus in the IT / Technology Industry involved in Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Network, Systems and Development.

Position Responsibilities:

• Will be part of the Accounting Department, will handle accounting / bookkeeping function such as AP / AR entries, invoicing, payment processing and follow-up.
• Support the General Accounting operations, perform quotation, SOA and liaise with subsidiaries and corporate secretary tax agents and auditors.

Position Requirements:

• Atleast Diploma level in Accounting, Business or related field.
• 4 to 6 years experience in accounting principles specifically in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Taxation.
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel, knowledge in QuickBook Accounting or similar accounting system a strong advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

Internal Operations:

• Manage daily internal operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows between departments.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, coordinating activities across cross-functional teams.
• Assist in implementing and executing operational policies and procedures.

Accounting:

• Manage a full set of accounts, including month-end closings.
• Execute daily financial accounting tasks, such as general ledger postings and account reconciliations.
