As a Threat Intelligence AVP in the Threat Intelligence and Assessment function, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization from cyber threats. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats, you will provide mitigation recommendations in response to evolving threats. Your key responsibilities:

• Pro-actively identify threats and track threat actors, TTPs, and ongoing campaigns to produce timely actionable intelligence.

Your skills and experience:

• Min 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, analysis, and mitigation
• Proven background in Threat intelligence and experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques
• Operational understanding of computing /networking (e.g. OSI Model & TCP/IP) with working knowledge on the functions of security technologies such as IPS/IDS, Firewalls, EDR, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking, engineering, or other field associated with cyber, intelligence or analysis.
• Working knowledge of virtual environments and cloud (e.g., vSphere, Hypervisor, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Working knowledge and keen interest in tracking prominent cyber threat actor groups, campaigns and TTPs in line with industry standards

Role Description

As a Valuations Analyst Intern, you will be involved in one of the most important steps in renting and selling a property in Singapore — coming up with the pricing. Good pricing is a deciding factor for clients to choose whether to work with Propseller and for our chance to rent or sell their properties at the highest price.

Using our own methodology, you will gather information and data from multiple sources, put them in a professional and presentable format, and discuss the pricing with our Inventory Managers. These prices will be relied upon by our Real Estate Consultants and potential clients.

This internship opportunity will provide you with unique exposure to valuation analyses and prices of various types of residential properties in Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect relevant property information and data from various sources and ensure data accuracy in our valuation reports;
• Ensure professionalism in our valuation reports through quality data and formatting;
• Conduct research and prepare sales materials such as slide decks for the outside sales team;
• Work closely with the Portfolio Managers to analyse large amounts of data and multiple factors to arrive at property prices for various types of residential properties in Singapore;
• Actively propose and implement new processes to improve workflow efficiency;
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.
