YOUR DAY TO DAY

You will support the design, build and deployment of IT Solutions and IT processes. Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the IT landscape.

You will…

• Understand the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions.
• Provide guidance to customers to enable them in executing their strategic plans through the application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes and tools within assigned scope.
• Support in the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes and/or delivery of IT services by working closely with relevant functional teams (internal and external), in line with the annual and long range plans.
• Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.
• Adhere to relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.
• Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies

Who we’re looking for

• University degree (Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT
• 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function

• Net, MSSQL basic queries and administration, SalesForce, PowerBI are preferred but not mandatory

Scope of work:

• Be a part of BeFound’s mission in skincare education that focuses on ingredient suitability and knowledge
• Walk our clients on their skincare journey programs and advise products with ingredients suitable for their skin
• Market knowledge on trends, products and services in the skincare & beauty industry
• Build knowledge and data of skincare ingredients
• Plan out each client’s skincare and makeup journey

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team as Business Analyst with a passion for travel. We are looking for an individual who excels in effective communication, stakeholder management, and possesses a keen understanding of requirements and solutions. This role involves creating a new solution based on the requirements from client, support, guide, setting up new system, requiring strategic thinking and innovative approaches. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Requirement Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders (operations, logistics, finance, etc.).
• Analyze current shipping processes, workflows, and systems.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

2. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in shipping operations, such as order processing, inventory management, or customs handling.
• Propose process enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. ERP System Implementation and Support

• Work with ERP vendors and internal IT teams to implement shipping modules.
• Customize ERP solutions to fit business needs (e.g., integrating shipping carriers or automating freight calculations).
• Test new system functionalities and validate results against business expectations.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze shipping data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain reports or dashboards for shipment tracking, delivery performance, and freight costs.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business teams (e.g., operations, procurement, sales) and technical teams.

6. Compliance and Risk Management

• Create user manuals, training materials, and workflow diagrams for ERP solutions.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduation or master’s in business administration/analytics or similar field
• Familiar with design software – Adobe, Figma e.g.,
• Strong interest in development of new approaches in development and solutions and discovering business opportunities
• Stonge knowledge in shipping safety department
• Expected minimum experience is 7 to 8 yrs
• Understanding/experience with our product, PAL

Responsibilities:

• To lead and perform statutory audit for different type of entities in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (“SFRS”) and Singapore Standards on Auditing (“SSA”).
• To have an understanding of SSA and SFRS.
• To be able to prepare audited financial statements in accordance with SFRS and SSA.
• To prepare full corporate tax computations in accordance with Singapore Corporate Tax and relevant schedules.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or completed ACCA professional modules

Major Duties:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, and ensure statutory books are in order and updated for the company’s portfolio of clients.
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new legal entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and other relevant laws
• Liaise with, advise clients, and prepare the necessary documents on entity formation, entity statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters
• Attend to routine of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Perform customer due diligence for on boarding and on-going monitoring
• Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
• Assist to remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.
