Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.

-Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response.

Overview of the Merchandise Analyst role

We’re responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer by using data and customer insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless, friction-free, inspiring shopping online. You will also ensure that the site is delivering a consistent marketing narrative with all channels.

Responsibilities

· Perform Seasonal Product Data Set Up, UAT + Maintenance

· Perform daily and weekly site maintenance activities including removing out of stock items, relaunching back in stock items, removing no go forward SKUs, maintaining rollover SKUs

· In charge of reports to manage PIP (Product Information Page) performance and verify
assortment against categories

· Review Product Merchandising/Ranking seasonally/when required

· Manage Related Product setup and Group-to-Category setup

· Creating/building out Categories, PIP Thumbnail set up/quarterly updates

· Support content pages/landing pages builds

· Basic HTML coding of content pages and seasonal Home page build

· Home Page set-up and flips

· In charge of the promo process including upload of promo files

· Manage third-party integrations for rich relevance & faceted navigation

· Resolve/fix PIP issues raised by merchants and stores

· Continual review of sites conducting PIP and site scrubs to ensure a seamless and accurate shopping experience

· Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

· Build and maintain relationships based on thorough planning, timely and professional communications, and intelligent problem-solving with internal partners, and cross-functional resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution
• Working with RDBMS (Oracle, PL/SQL), ETL, Informartica, WebSphere Application Server (WebSphere, Tomcat) and Jenkins/Sonar, Control-M, UNIX/Linux Commands.
• Proficient with Batch & Power Shell scripting
• Good understanding in Data Warehouse and Data Mart concept
• Experience in Performance tuning of queries
