Be able to handle accounting for more than one companies

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or Professional Qualifications (ACCA) or equivalent

With at least 5 years working experience in construction companies

Team player with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including business unit leaders, and top management

Competency in MS-Office Suite and finance accounting software

- Supplier invoices/ credit note- data entry

- Payment- issuance of cheques/ GIRO/ TT

- AP/AR aging monitoring and reporting

- Update daily cash balance

- Process staff claims and prepare expenses analysis

- Maintain fixed asset register

- Handle day to day AP/ AR functions

- Prepare monthly inter-co reconciliation and weekly sales report

- Process GST returns
