Responsibilities

• Prepare research reports on accounting and treasury-related areas.
• Create templates and/or automation scripts to help with improving existing accounting and treasury processes.
• Update and document all accounting and treasury procedures.
• Formulate and voice independent views regardless of experience.
• Assist in account closing.
• Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements and consolidation workings.
• Actively participate in the ongoing updates and enhancements of existing processes and internal controls under the accounting and treasury department.

Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters
• Assist to maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Outsourcing Department

• At least two years or more accounting/outsourcing working experiences required
