Job Description:

• Responsible for all of company's accounting aspects
• Tax calculation for the employees
• To maintain company cash flow and bank reconciliations
• To prepare annual tax and audit schedules, assist in annual audit and check tax assessments by auditor or tax agents
• Submission of monthly, mid-year and year end accounts to Head Office on required timeline
• Computation of staff CPF and submission and staff payroll
• To apply for Employment Pass
• Other Ad-hoc tasks when required by managements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting is preferred
• Experience of Accounting jobs are required(5-10years will be advantage)
  Full set of Accounting work experience is great advantage
• Basic PC skill is required(Microsoft Office)
• Person who is quick to respond to any inquiries and requirements
• Person who can consult with other employees
• Person who can work for the company as long as possible

• Manage all receipts and payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner

Monthly

• Bi-Monthly forecast of PB Financial Performance for submission to Management/ FICON in accordance to stipulated timeline.

Quarterly

Annually

• To assist in the Yearly Budget and 5-year forecast for PB, and assist in the preparing of bank-wide budgets for the OPEX and CAPEX
