Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually;
• Handle month-end closing for a portfolio of companies;
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
• Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
• Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards;
• Assist in providing financial management services;
• Solve accounting issues from time to time;
• Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary; and
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

For Senior Associate

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates; and
• Supervise and drive results from junior associates.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy;
• Professional qualification such as ACCA will be an added advantage;
• Committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skills and honest;
• Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Taxes;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with a strong sense of work commitment

Working hour : 9am -6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform audit procedures during the audit fieldwork.
• Identify risk matters to the business.
• Schedule, plan and complete risk-based internal audits.
• Perform analytical review procedures and other substantive audit procedures for clients both based locally and overseas in various industries.
• Report and present findings, making recommendations for solutions and improvements to policies and procedures for company's clients.
• Establish good working relationships with clients and engagement team members.
• Lead, manage and develop the team of junior auditors.
• Handle any other job tasks assigned from time to time.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
