Accounting & Outsourcing – Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients for accounting and outsourcing services

Handle full set of accounts for clients including closing full set of books,

prepare annual financial statements, GST returns, payroll, year-end remuneration returns,

management reports, financial analysis, expense disbursements

Maintain close relationships with clients and identify business development opportunities

Analyze customer specific demands and provide value-added solutions

Prepare proposals for new and existing clients

Interact directly with internal and external parties

Supervisory and training to team members

Allocate engagement and monitor productivity within the team to drive continuous improvement

Responsible for reviewing invoices and monitoring collections

Assist with ad hoc projects and duties assigned

Requirement

Degree holder in Accountancy or a business-related discipline / professional qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an outsourcing environment

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, accounting software

Up-to-date with technical and accounting standard as SFRS and IFRS

Sound knowledge of international accounting practices, tax experience is an added advantage.

Must have sense of accountability, strong work ethic and integrity

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary range: $4,500 to $6,000/month

This role requires a candidate with a strong background in accounting and outsourcing, excellent technical skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.

The candidate should also be well-versed in accounting standards and practices.

For Manager role – must be able to build portfolio and expand team.
