Job Scope & Responsibilities
Experience in Full Set of Accounts.
Hands-on monthly closing books of multiple entities
Hands-on monthly consolidation of group accounts
Preparation of monthly management reports
GST filing
Handling of financial-year-end audit with auditors and drafting of financial statements and its notes to accounts
Handling corporation income tax compliance matters in liaison with tax agents
Handling corporate secretarial compliance matters in liaison with external corporate secretarial professional firm
Overseeing a team of accounts/finance executives
Approval of Worker wages
Record staff claim Assist in HR function
Be able to handle accounting for more than one companies
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or Professional Qualifications (ACCA) or equivalent
With at least 7 years working experience in construction companies
Team player with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including business unit leaders, and top management
Competency in MS-Office Suite and finance accounting software
